Shipping Information

After you place your order, I will ship out a care package for your loved one's or beloved pet's material, along with instructions on how to mail it back to me. Also included, will be a small questionnaire about your loved one/beloved pet. I want to know their story, so I can honor them in the best way possible.

Once I receive the material, I will send you a message/email that I received the content. At that time, I will give you an estimated time of the completion of your cherished token of love.

It normally takes 2 - 3 weeks for completion. However, if you would like a different piece of jewelry that I don't have on hand, it may take 4 - 6 weeks for the completion. I will make sure that I communicate the process with you.
